PDF Proofs are sent via email within 3 working days after your order. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, wording, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved and signed off with type errors and subsequently printed takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required they will be charged for in full. Therefore we would always encourage that you check spelling and wording thoroughly, and perhaps have a friend check it over too. 

Please note that the colour that appears on your computer screen will differ from printed colour copies (the difference between colour with light shining through, and pigment on paper), so we would always recommend that you print off the PDF proofs. This will help you ensure the scale is correct, all fonts can be read at the correct size, and that you are happy with the colour. Please note that colour in print may look different to digital proofs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the right number of prints are ordered. We reserve the right to charge for further amendments to designs once proofs have been signed-off by the customer. Therefore we would recommend that you carefully read the text to check for spelling errors, and clearly notify us of any information that you feel needs to be added, or indeed taken out. Proofs should be returned by the date on our email, any delay in returning approval of proofs may result in a delay to producing your order.


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the order is correct. The customer must pay for orders in full before the final product is released for delivery.

Changes to the Order

We will not accept any responsibility for errors on proofs that have been approved at sign off.

Images you provide

As the customer you must ensure that any images you wish us to use for any designs must not infringe on any copyright.

Dispatch times

Your table plan and/or stationary is put into production only following approval of your proof and full payment. We will usually take up to 10 working days to despatch an order.


All of our items are packed with great care in strong packaging or tubes for poster table plans. accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to parcels. Postage and Packaging is charged at a £5.99 for UK mainland. Please contact us for a quote to off shore destinations.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. 

Time for delivery shall be of the essence. The goods may be delivered in advance of the quoted delivery date. 

Refunds & Cancellations

Personalised Product Returns & Refunds

We cannot accept responsibility for errors not picked up at proofing. 

All personalised products are made to order and due to their personalised nature cannot be resold. That's why we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, in the unlikely event that we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we shall promptly correct or replace the items supplied to you. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Complaints regarding personalised bespoke products must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery or they will not be considered.

Once an order has been placed via the website and payment taken cancellation will incur the cost of all work completed to the date of notice of cancellation. This may include preparation of proofs or artwork and product production (printing and delivery).

In the unlikely event that you order is damaged or faulty please notify us by email within 5 days of receipt and we will dispatch a replacement. Any damaged or faulty items must be returned to us to be checked before a refunded can be processed. However, please note that if an item is damaged in transit you must sign for the goods as damaged on delivery to receive a full refund. 

Standard Non-Personalised Products Returns & Refunds

For our non-personalised products our policy refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns (if eligible)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if eligible)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

This does not apply to personalised wedding stationery, personalised table plans and/or personalised orders. will not cover the cost of reprinting and shipping orders due to any errors you have approved, nor will a refund be issued. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Confidentiality and Information Management

All personal information collected by will remain confidential. We will not sell your details to other companies nor make use of your details for any use other than those directly related to delivering a quality service relative to the product purchased.

Whilst makes every reasonable effort to ensure internet security in all its operations, and makes use of reputable web-hosting and e-commerce solutions, we cannot guarantee that the website is clear from internet viruses and other malicious software etc. It is highly recommended that customers make use of firewall, anti-virus and other relevant anti-malicious parasite software for any internet activity. accepts no responsibility for the adverse effects of malicious software encountered whilst making use of the web site.


We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.
